Subscription Policy
How it works
When you choose "Subscribe and save," you'll receive your selected Really Real box every 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks, depending on the frequency you pick. Subscription boxes are $32.99 each, plus shipping. Shipping is free when your subscription totals $65 or more, which is 2 or more boxes per delivery.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically. We'll charge the payment method you used at checkout on each billing date, at the price and frequency shown when you signed up, until you pause, skip, or cancel. If our subscription pricing ever changes, we'll email you before the new price applies to your next order.
Skip, pause, or cancel any time
You're always in control, with no calls, emails, or fees required. Log in to your account on our website, go to Subscriptions, and you can:
- Skip your next delivery
- Pause your subscription and pick it back up later
- Change your delivery frequency
- Cancel your subscription
Changes made before your next billing date apply to that order. There are no minimum commitments and no cancellation fees.
Refunds
Because our bars are food, we can't accept returns once an order has shipped. If you forgot to skip or cancel, or there's a problem with your order, email us at reallyrealfoodco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll do our best to make it right.
