Accuracy of Nutritional & Product Information
We strive to ensure all ingredient lists and nutritional facts are accurate. However: * Natural Ingredients: Since our bars are all-natural, nutritional values may vary slightly by batch. * Allergen Warning: All flavors contain dairy. Our Peanut Butter bar also contains peanuts and tree nuts. Our products are manufactured in a facility that handles peanuts. Products best eaten within 2 weeks for optimal freshness. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read the ingredient list and are aware of any potential allergens.
Shipping & Perishability
Shopify tracks your fulfillment, but our policy for food is as follows: * Temperature Sensitivity: Our bars do not contain artificial stabilizers. We are not responsible for products left outdoors in extreme heat for extended periods after delivery. * Shipping Updates: Once the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) marks a package as "Delivered," our liability ends. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location.
No Returns (Food Safety Policy)
Due to the perishable nature of food products and safety regulations: * All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for food items. * Issue Resolution: If your bars arrive damaged or contaminated, you must email reallyrealfoodco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts.
Subscription Terms & Recurring Charges
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. * Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically extend for successive periods (e.g., monthly) at the then-current subscription rate. * Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify Customer Account or by emailing reallyrealfoodco@gmail.com. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. * Refunds on Subscriptions: Subscription charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed. If you forget to cancel before the billing date, that final shipment will be sent and billed as scheduled. * Product Changes: We reserve the right to change the ingredients or packaging of our bars. We will notify you via the email on file if any major changes occur to your subscription product.
