Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Shipping rates
Shipping is a flat rate per order, based on where it's going:
- Northeast & Mid-Atlantic: $6
- Midwest & South: $8
- West: $10
- Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: $15
Free shipping on subscriptions: Subscription orders of $65 or more (2 or more boxes per delivery) ship free.
Processing time
Our bars are made by hand in small batches. Orders usually ship within [2–4] business days. Subscription orders ship on their scheduled delivery date.
Delivery time
Orders ship via [USPS]. Once shipped, most orders arrive within [3–7] business days. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Warm weather
Our bars contain no artificial preservatives, and they may soften in hot weather. That doesn't affect their quality. We recommend bringing packages inside promptly.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up, email us at reallyrealfoodco@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll make it right.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
